Where it all began...

Founded over 100 years ago, J Exley Ltd is a family run business specialising in the dismantling, movement and installation of all kinds of heavy industrial machinery.

The founder, Joah Exley, set up the business during 1914 and began serving the needs of the local textile industry in West Yorkshire, primarily working for mill owners moving looms.
